DREDGING

This unique dredging machine is the safe and efficient solution. For dredging and total reconditioning of any shallow water dams, rivers, reservoirs or canals, including plastic lined dams and concrete dams.

GEO TUBES

A highly reliable, all-in-one solution has been developed for reducing the impact industry has on the environment. This is used in conjunction with the Watermaster multipurpose dredger. The Geotube retains 98% of the sediment and allows the clean water to drain out. The Geotube is also used as a highly effective storage facility for contaminated media still rich in minerals which might need to be put through a processing plant.

DAM LININGS

Lining is an important factor to any dam or pond. We supply and install quality materials which are made for the African climate. We install for the mining and private sector.

FABRICATION

Both light and heavy duty steel fabrication and machining done to customers specifications.

DUST SUPPRESSION

We realise that dust prevention and control is a science and depends on a number of variables such as the type of material, its properties, gravity, distance, wind factors, kinetic energy, particle size, type of dust, volumes etc. We offer the client a wide variety of options to suit your specific environment.

HDPE PIPE INSTALLATION

We supply, fabricate, install and weld HDPE piping on site. Our work ranges from emergency repairs, shutdowns and maintenance upgrades and HDPE piping system installations.

ELECTRO MAGNETS

Repair to all makes of electromagnets. Copper or aluminium wire coils replaced with anodised aluminium strip for reduced weight or increased lifting capacity. Repair and re-magnetising of permanent magnet devices, upgrading of wet drum magnetic separators - replacement of axial interpole magnet elements with magnet elements high gradient radial type.
